Participants of a seminar have visited company "KEBO" laboratory, have heard to interesting reports:

• Short history of development of firm "KEBO". Production application "KEBO" in the world (the North America, China).
• Application scaling prevention agent KEBO-DS at evaporating stations and experience of introduction of suspension KEBO-SLURRY for vacuum-devices at the European sugar factories.
• Modern antifoam agents for sugar industry.
• Modern methods of chemical clearing of evaporating station and the heaters, reducing total of used chemicals.
• KEBOSOL-CA – a preparation lowering viscosity of fullmasse and improving work of vacuum-devices.

Experts "Teploсom" carry complex investigation of the heat-technological scheme of the main case of factory, calculation of the perspective scheme of factory is executed. On the basis of calculation the engineering specifications on factory modernization are developed. The basic directions of modernization - improvement of technical and economic indicators of work of the enterprise and productivity increase at processing of a sugar beet. Performance of works is spent stage by stage. In process І a reconstruction stage following works are performed: reconstruction of heating plant of limed juice with introduction of the additional equipment; reconstruction of heating plant of not filtered juice and heating plant of the filtered first carbonation juice with introduction new and use of the existing equipment; introduction of the scheme of heating of diffusion juice with use of fullmasse steam and an ammoniac condensate; complex delivery and commissioning of a centrifuge of periodic action of manufacture "Fives Cail" for first fillmass processing is executed. At introduction of the developed technical decisions by experts "Teplocom" gives the technical help, starting-up and adjustment works at commissioning of the equipment and schemes are spent.

Following works on improvement of technological indicators, reduction of power inputs and productivity increase are spent:

• modernisation of the heating diagrams according to calculations of heat-technological complexes of sugar factories;
• reconstruction of the liming-carbonation plant with replacement and equipment modernization;
• introduction of the heat-technological scheme of processing of sugar-raw at Jareskivskyi sugar factory;
• introduction of I stage of modern technological decisions on modernization of the crystallization department of Jareskivskyi and Narkevytskyi sugar factories;
• installation of modern stations of a filtration of juice on the basis of candle filter with impulse clearing for first and secondary carbonated juice at Jareskivskyi sugar factory and for first carbonated juice at Zhdanivskyi sugar factory;
• installation of the heaters calculated under concrete working conditions of factories; including, the heaters using of warmly secondary steam of vacuum-pan and last bodies of evaporating plants, and also — warmly condensates;
• replacement of a cossette mixer by more effective (design ВМА) in reconstruction of diffusion department of Zhdanivskyi sugar factory;
• Introduction of the scheme of clearing of limy milk at Jareskivskyi sugar factory;
• working out and introduction together with company "Sautkom" of the automated control systems of technological process of crystallization department of Jareskivskyi and Narkevytskyi sugar factories;
• introduction of new algorithms of the automated control systems by technological process of clearing of juice at Jareskivskyi and Globynskyi sugar factories.

All equipment developed by company "Teplocom", is patented. Efforts of experts of companies "Teplocom" and "Astarta-Kyiv", workers of factories have given the chance to improve essentially at all enterprises technical and economic indicators of work, to strengthen ecological safety of the enterprises, to lift productivity.

Modernization of the technological scheme is directed on improvement of technical and economic indicators of work of the enterprise and productivity increase on processing of a sugar beet.

The basic directions of modernization:

• Introduction of the heating diagrams of diffusion department in connection with installation of new exstractors.
• Introduction of the scheme of clearing of diffusion juice from a pulp on the basis of modern pulp catcher.
• Introduction of the scheme of processing of feedwater by sulfuric acid.
• Introduction of the scheme of use of an ammoniac condensate for a exstractor food.
• Improvement of limingcarbonatation with increase in productivity of existing devices and replacement of system of distribution of gas in saturators. Introduction of the preliming scheme with return of suspension of first carbonated juice.
• Introduction of filtration plant of second carbonated juice on the basis of cartridge filters "Putsch" (the technical help).
• Introduction of station of heating of diffusion juice with use of heat of massecuite steam and an ammoniac condensate on the basis of heaters of a design "Teplocom".
• Modernization of heating plant of a syrup with a melt liquor before a filtration and working out of the technological scheme of support of a temperature mode of melter plant of sugar B-grade and sugar C-grade.
• Introduction of the additional vacuum-pan of the first crystallization with compulsory circulation of fullmasse.
• Modernization of joint plant of third massecuite with replacement of centrifuges.

Company "Teplocom" develops engineering specifications on the listed sites of modernization, selection and core and auxiliaries delivery is executed, the technical help is given at introduction of the developed decisions. Together with the factory personnel starting-up and adjustment works at commissioning of the equipment and schemes are spent.

Modernization resulted above sites have allowed to increase productivity of the enterprise to the planned level and to lower fuel consumption for industrial needs.

• Modernization of evaporating plant.
• Adaptation of the scheme of juice purification station for processing of melt liquor of sugar-raw.
• Adaptation of the heating diagrams for heating and a condensation of melt liquor of sugar-raw.
• ntroduction of the scheme of first fillmass boiling.
• Introduction of heating plant of crystallization department products on the basis of heat exchangers with use as the heat-carrier of an ammoniac condensate.
• Adaptation of crystallization department for boiling and processing of products of sugar production.
• Introduction of the scheme of clearing of lime milk.
• Introduction of thermal, technological and water schemes on sugar-raw processing.
• Reconstruction of the technological scheme of juice purification station with increase in productivity of factory.

On introduction starting-up and adjustment works are spent to equipment operation. Together with the factory personnel installation works on juice purification station and the heating diagrams are executed.

• Modernization of devices of preliming and the basic liming;
• Introduction of the scheme of return of suspension of first carbonated juice to preliming;
• Reconstruction of devices I and II liming with replacement of system of distribution of gas;
• Working out and introduction of new algorithms of the automated control system of limingcarbonating station;
• Introduction of the scheme of heating of diffusion juice on the basis of the heaters utilizing secondary vapour of vacuum pan;
• Modernization of the heating diagrams.

Performance of the resulted list of works in a complex with the works executed by factory, have given the chance to stabilize productivity of the enterprise, to liquidate lacks of limingcarbonating station and the heating scheme, to improve technical and economic indicators of work.

Nominal productivity during the current year is at level of 6800 tons of a beet a day.
