IX International sugar forum passed from June, 15 till June, 17th, 2010 in the exhibition centre "Kursk Korensky fair" in Kursk area (Russia).

In forum work have taken part more than hundred companies from the CIS countries and 18 foreign countries: manufacturers and suppliers of the process equipment, the technological means used by manufacture of sugar, profile high schools, sugar industry scientific research institutes, the engineering organisations.

The program of IX International sugar forum was very sated. For three days of work participants of a forum have visited a round table "Investment appeal of sugar agrarian and industrial complex – realities and prospects", a seminar "Experience of modernisation of domestic sugar factories", the international conferences "Modern methods of cultivation of a sugar beet" and "Modernization of sugar factories – modern technologies and the equipment".

Within the limits of the forum program IX International specialised exhibition "Sugar business" has taken place.
At an exhibition following sections have been presented:

• Sugar factories, agroholdings, the trading sugar companies;
• The equipment for sugar factories, sugar "know-how", designing;
• Seeds, fertilizers, protection frames of plants, technologies of cultivation of a sugar beet, agricultural machinery;
• Financing, investments, an infrastructure of sugar business.

Traditionally within the limits of a forum winners of competition "the Best свеклосеющее an economy of 2009" and "the Best sugar factory of Russia of 2009" have been awarded.

On "Jareskovski sugar factory" (the Poltava area) company "Teplocom" carries out a complex of works on modernisation of factory for the purpose of increase in productivity and reduction of power inputs by sugar manufacture.
The technological scheme of clearing of diffusion juice and the sugar-raw processing, meeting modern requirements of power savings is developed and takes root.

In territory of Jareskovski sugar factory

On "Globinski sugar factory" (the Poltava area) company "Teplocom" carries out a complex of works on introduction of the modern technological scheme of clearing of diffusion juice and modernisation of crystallization department of factory.

On "Zhdanovski sugar factory" (Vinnitsa area) the complex of works on reconstruction of diffusion department with partial reconstruction of thermal and technological schemes of factory is carried out.

On the basis of materials of inspection and the calculations executed under original computer programs:

• Reserves on economy of heat power resources and improvements of quality of production with the greatest possible use of the existing equipment are revealed;
• Recommendations about modernisation of the basic branches of factories are developed;
• Perspective actions for the further development of the enterprises in a direction of increase in productivity and improvement of technical and economic indicators of work are developed.

The part of the recommended actions has been entered at Jaresksvski and Kobeliatski sugar factories already in a season of 2009 that has given the chance to reduce specific power consumptions by finished goods unit considerably.

• Dismantle of the out-of-date equipment is executed.
• Delivery of scrubbers of Venuri, exhaust fan, the equipment for clearing of dusty air, the equipment for automation is executed.

• Starting-up and adjustment works and equipment start are spent to operation.

As a result of a complex of works on modernisation of drying department productivity of a complex of drying is increased to 1500 tons of sugar a day and the planned indicators of work of department are received.

The wide assortment of chemical production КEВO is intended for use in a sugar industry at all stages of processing of a beet and reception of a ready product – granulated sugar.

By results of inspection the complex of actions for modernisation of the technological scheme of sugar factory for the purpose of productivity and production efficiency increase is developed.

During the repair period of 2009 works are performed on realisation of I stage of the planned program, namely: full reconstruction конденсатной factory schemes, modernisation of station of heating of limed juice, reconstruction of the thermal scheme of diffusion department, repair of a mechanical part of the extractor and some other works.

As a result of the executed works increase of productivity of the enterprise is reached, technological indicators of work of separate stations are improved.

Unloading stages of beet slicer at Lopandinsky sugar factory

• Dismantle of the equipment which is subject to replacement is spent.

• The equipment design on installation of the new equipment is executed.
• Delivery of 4 centrifuges of periodic action (type D412) manufactures "Fives Cail" (France) and 2 centrifuges of continuous action (type K1100) manufactures ВМА (Germany) is executed.
• Centrifuges the all-around automation of their work is mounted, performed.
• The technical studies of auxiliary personnel of factory engineering and are conducted.

Work main objective - an estimation of existing position, revealing of reserves on economy of heat power resources and improvement of quality of production with the greatest possible use of the existing equipment, working out of perspective actions for the subsequent development of the enterprises.

The complex of works on increase in productivity and increase of profitability of work of Pulp drier is executed.

Together with Open Company "VIOL-2" works are performed on improvement of system of automatic control by process of Massecuite boiling and other works, in which result:

• the expense of fuel on industrial requirements is lowered;
• technological parametres of work of grocery branch and factory as a whole are improved.

Dismantle of the out-of-date equipment of grocery branch of sugar factory is executed.

Installation and connection of new vacuum-devices taking into account automation is executed.
