| In 2007 at the Otradinskyi sugar refinery “Teplocom” specialists successfully put into operation antiscale proportioning plant which prevents formation of scale in bodies of evaporating plant.
Operation of the proportioning plant is based on usage of KEBO-DS antiscale agent produced by the German concern Keller&Bohacek&Co.KG which is the best chemical agent for sugar industry all over the world.
The proportioning plant was installed on the basis of metering pumps with their optimal quantity for the given sugar-refinery taking into account its specificity.
Selection and introduction of metering control scheme allowed to reach maximal effective thermotechnological results with minimal scale in bodies of evaporating plant during all production period of sugar beet processing.
In 2007 volume of sugar beet processing amounted to 294392, 60 tons. Pressure fall of heating steam of the first frame of the evaporating plant during all period did not exceed 0,2 kgs/cm2.
In addition Teplocom specialists carried out preliminary works on development and introduction of scheme of preparation of feed water for extractors with usage of sulfuric acid on the basis of modern equipment. In 2008 works on putting the said equipment into operation will be continued.
At the same time works on inspection of heating and technological scheme of the sugar-refinery were carried out in order to increase its productivity up to 6000 tons of sugar beet per day.
