Inspection of the plant has been held in order to issue preproject solutions in order to increase productivity of the plant up to 8000 tons of processed sugar beet:

• Analysis of operation of existing technological, heat, water schemes when processing of sugar beet amounts to 3000 tons of sugar beet per day;
• Analysis of current situation at the heat station of the sugar refinery and lime and gas sections of the plant;
• Investigation of possibility to use operating equipment with growth of productivity to 8000 tons of sugar beet per day, recommendations on improvement of the plant’s operation.

Measures are worked out permitting to secure productivity of the plant up to 8000 tons of processed sugar beet per day with optimal costs:

• Recommendations on solving problems in order to secure productivity of the plant up to 8000 tons of processed sugar beet per day;
• Results of calculations of technological, heat, water schemes of the plant with due regard to recommended changes;
• Results of calculations of the heat station and lime-gas kiln with due regard to recommended changes of all thermotechnological complex;
• Recommendations on equipment selection for pulp silo.
