In 2007 specialists of "Teplocom" fulfilled complex of works on modernization of thermotechnical equipment and schemes as follows:

  • Implementation of inspection of thermotechnical scheme;
  • Implementation of engineering supervision upon production, delivery, installation of heaters with usage of low-grade heat carriers;
  • Reconstruction of vacuum condensation assembly of vacuum pans with installation of dispensers for water supply for vapor condensation;
  • Inspection of operating lime house, development of efficient scheme of lime milk purification;
  • Investigation of existing scheme of feed water preparation for extractors, development of suggested scheme of carbonation and sulfitation of feed water, implementation of installation during reconstruction pipeline system of the object;
  • Installation during transporting part, body, unloading device of extractor, implementation of centering works of power-drive stations, works on extractor test after repair-and-renewal operations;
  • Preparation of documentation on carbonation plant production of first and second juice, installation during production, mounting and putting into operation, development and introduction of the technological regulation on work procedure of the juice purification station;
  • Issuance of recommendations on binding of liming carbonatation apparatus, installation during reconstruction of pipeline system and equipment of the object;
  • Implementation of works on putting into operation and check out of main thermotechnological equipment.
Installation of heaters of limed juice

The main goal of done works:

  • Growth of plant productivity;
  • Growth of yield of sugar;
  • Reduction of sugar losses in production and molasse;
  • Utilization increase of carbonatation gas;
  • Reduction of limestone consumption;
  • Reduction of consumption of standard fuel for manufacturing needs;
  • Reduction of pure water consumption for vacuum condensation assembly.

In 2007 at the plant antiscale dosing station was introduced. It prevents scale formation on surface of heating of extractor frames.
