From June till October 2007 at the Cheremnovskyi sugar refinery "Teplocom" specialists carried out works on introduction of scheme of crystallization of the last fillmass in vertical crystallizers:

• Inspection of existing technological scheme of the crystallization house;
• Estimation of state of existing technological scheme of the crystallization house;
• Development of recommended scheme of crystallization of the third massecuite in battery of vertical crystallizers;
• Thermotechnical calculations of heat exchangers and flow diagram of fillmass cooling in vertical crystallizers;
• Technical assistance during introduction of developed measures;
• Technical assistance during installation and putting into operation a battery of vertical crystallizers.

Introduction of vertical crystallizers to work procedure of the sugar house made it possible:

• To increase crystallization effect of the third fillmass;
• To increase crystallization effect of the third fillmass;
• To decrease amount of molasses;
• To reduce sugar content in molasses.
