From April till November 2007 "Teplocom" team and staff of the Pervuhinskyi sugar-refinery successfully implemented the project on reconstruction of the sugar house of the sugar refinery.

“Teplocom” specialists provided technical and economic explanation, carried out technical calculations for change of morally outdated equipment.

3 BMA G-1750 centrifugals, a closed fillmass distributor and shaker of wet sugar were installed and put into operation at the plant.

Technological recommendations on maintenance of new equipment were provided.

The complex approach of "Teplocom" made it possible for the sugar-refinery:

• To reduce energy consumption;
• To increase yield of sugar;
• To diminish natural gas consumption;
• To decrease water consumption for purge;
• To diminish molasses quantity;
• To decrease stream consumption;
• To improve amount of sugar.
