In 2007 at the plant the three product scheme obtaining two melt liquors and their usage for the first massecuite boiling was carried out with simultaneous productivity increase of the sugar house up to 3000 tons of sugar beet per day.

Scope of works fulfilled by "Teplocom" in the process of reconstruction of the sugar house of the plant is as follows:

• Development of efficient three product technological scheme with regard to conditions of the mentioned plant;
• Consultations during installation of new equipment;
• Development of technological regulation;
• Implementation of the three product system;
• Development of technological procedure of operation of sugar house in accordance with the technological regulation.

Rearrangement was carried out in accordance with the developed scheme of technological flows in order to implement the three product scheme and new equipment was additionally installed by plant forces:

• 2 Zangerhousen FKH centrifugals with knife unloading for the second massecuite (instead of morally outdated and depreciated FPN -1251-L-07centrifugals);
• A fillmass distributor for the second massecuite;
• A new horizontal melt liquor mixer for melt liquor of brown sugar of the second massecuite;
• New collector of green draught of the second massecuite with pumps;
• Pumps (2 pieces) for supply of the second massecuite to a forcing fillmass distributor.

In addition inspection was carried out and two fillmass mixers of the second massecuite were supplied the missing parts.

Transition of the sugar house to three product procedure made it possible:

• To increase quantity of the second and third massecuite;
• To increase yield of sugar in the first phase;
• To decrease considerably molasses purity;
• To decrease molasses quantity;
• To reduce sugar content in molasses.
