In 2007 "Teplocom" carried out complex of works on drying and cooling cylinder replacement with modernization of technological scheme of sugar drying and cooling simultaneously with increase of the plant productivity up to 3000 tons of sugar beet per day.

Engineering drawings on equipment installation, dust-collecting plant and technological scheme of drying section are developed. There was provided technical assistance during installation of equipment, its setting and putting into operation.

Scope of done works:

• A drawing of the drying section with installation of all equipment (schemes of air ducts of the drying section, installation of beet elevators, ventilators, scrubber etc);
• Installation, binding, adjustment and putting into operation of the drying and cooling section;
• Technical assistance for putting into operation of equipment and schemes.
