In 2007 Teplocom continued works on reconstruction of the Zherdeevskyi sugar refinery.
At the plant the three product scheme is incarnated with getting two melt liquors and their usage for masscuite boiling of I product with simultaneous increase of productivity up to 4500 tons per day. The new vacuum condenser assembly was installed. It secures separate condensation of full masses stream in vacuum pans of I,II and III products in complex with the operating system. Installation of a separate vacuum condenser assembly allows making masscuite boiling of II and II products at low temperatures (Т=54-700С).
The scope of works fulfilled by Teplocom during transition to the three product scheme is as follows:
- Development of the rational three product technological scheme with reference to conditions of the mentioned plant;
- Project works including engineering part;
- Construction works on increase of productive area for new equipment installation inside the production building of the sugar house and outside installation of an vacuum condenser assembly;
- Dismantling of equipment liable to liquidation;
- Installation of new equipment on enlarged production areas;
- Stud of new equipment of the vacuum condenser assembly and sugar house with technological pipelines in accordance with the elaborated three product scheme and scheme of condensers stud;
- Connection of new communications to operating pipelines;
- Working out technological regulation;
- Putting into operation of new equipment of sugar house and vacuum condenser assembly;
- Realization of the three product scheme;
- Working through technological procedure of sugar house operation in accordance with developed technological regulation for the three product scheme and low temperature conditions of iron-founding;
- Management of vacuum oven door is realized in remote control conditions, control of full mass level in the massequite mixer of the second product.

Implementation of rearrangement of technological flows according to the developed scheme and additional installation of new equipment have been carried out in order to implement the three product system and scheme of separate condensation of fillmass streams of vacuum pans of I, II and III products:
- 3 vacuum pans for massecuite boiling of II product of 60 tons capacity;
- A massequite mixer for the second massecuite;
- A vacuum pan for the third massecuite boiling (capacity of 60 tons);
- 2 Zangerhousen FKH centrifugals for the third massecuite (by plant’s power);
- A massecuite distributor;
- A Noria chain pump for supply of the third massecuite to the forcing distributor;
- A vacuum condenser assembly.
The sugar house transition to operation according to the three product scheme using low temperature conditions of the second and third massecuite boiling allowed:
- To increase quantity of the second and third massecuite;
- To increase yield of sugar in the first period;
- To decrease considerably molasses purity;
- To diminish quantity of molasses;
- To decrease yield of molasses;
- To reduce sugar content in molasses;
- To increase yield of sugar.
