In 2007 "Teplocom" continued to implement reconstruction works at the Ulyanovskyi sugar-refinery.

Scope of done works is as follows:

• Installation of Putch disk-shaped beet slicers;
• Installation and automation of DC-10 extractor;
• Mounting of new pulpy traps of diffusion juice;
• Reconstruction of the station of diffusion juice heating;
• Introduction of the scheme of removal and ablution of diffusion juice pulp;
• Reconstruction and automation of water sulphitation station for extractors;
• Installation of cold dejection device;
• Reconstruction of the apparatus of II carbonation;
• Installation of the lime slaker of II carbonation;
• Fulfillment of filtration station tests for syrup with melt liquor on the basis of filters with centrifugal regeneration of filter elements;
• Fulfillment of filtration station tests for syrup with melt liquor on the basis of filters with centrifugal regeneration of filter elements;
• Partial installation of vertical precipitation tanks for III-category waters.
