 In 2007 “Teplocom” continued implementation of complex of works on reconstruction of the Znamenskyi sugar-refinery in order to achieve productive capacity up to 8000 tons of sugar beet per day.
Some works on designing, construction, installation and adjustment have been fulfilled; delivery of equipment and putting it into operation have been made. Works on equipment automation were carried out.
Scope of done works:
- Existing project with capacity of 8000 tons per day concerning the liming-carbonation station, evaporating plant and thermal scheme, sulphitation of water, juice and syrup, sugar house of A, B and C grade with fullmass device, vertical crystallizer, sugar drying chamber, flume water station with installation of four vertical decanters of Temlocom construction and other;
- BMA G-750 centrifuge installation, stud, automation and putting into operation in addition to three operating BMA G -1500 centrifuges.
