At the Public Corporation "Meleuz Sugar Plant", specialists of "TEPLOCOM" company in 2006 have been carried out following activities:
inspection of thermotechnical layout;
- analysis of the result of inspection, technical calculations and development of measures to improve thermotechnological layout (for given stage of development of the enterprise);
- technical assistance for implementation of measures developed;
- technical assistance for commissioning of equipment and layouts.
The main goal of activities is to increase productivity of sugar beet processing.
As a result of liquidation of "bottle necks" at the existing equipment (from new equipment, only one warmer is assembled), maximum productivity of 3600 tons of beet per day has been achieved.
In the last season, average productivity was equal to 2866 tons of beet per day.
In 2006, at the Public Corporation "Meleuz Sugar Plant", dosage facility for antiscale agent was introduced and implemented. This prevents scaling on heating surfaces of evaporators bodies.
Dosage facility is assembled on basis of the set of dosing pumps with their optimum amount for the given sugar plant.
Selection and implementation of dosage layout will allow achieving maximum efficiency of thermotechnical showings with minimum level of scaling on evaporator bodies during all production season, during both production of sugar beet and raw sugar processing.
