Chemical agent KEBO-DS allows to avoid efficiently scaling on heating surfaces of evaporators.
Efficient use of chemical agent KEBO-DS for evaporators will allow to:
- ensure operation of evaporating plant with optimal thermal loads during all production season;
- exclude the necessity for cleaning evaporators during production season;
- decrease vapor consumption;
- decrease loss of sugar during evaporation process;
- ensure stable and regular operation of sugar plant;
- exclude the necessity for big juice-softening facilities;
- decrease consumption of waste water by external juice-siftening facility;
- decrease loss of sugar during storage of beet;
- decrease scaling to the minimum level.

The delivery set includes KEBO-DS chemical agent, dosage station, support documentation for its use in course of sugar production. All licensing documents for use of KEBO-DS chemical agent in the Russian Federation are provided as well.
Minimum delivery batch of KEBO-DS antifoam agent is 3 tons on the basis of processing 100 thousand tons of beets.
KEBO-DS chemical agent and dosage station are certified by international quality assurance system ISO 9001:2000.
KEBO-DS should be used directly at the beginning of beet processing season and prior to the end of this season. Apart from this, it should be used after stoppage of evaporating plant for decoction. At that, efficiency of its use will remain maximum in all above-mentioned cases.
KEBO-DS can also be used in RAW SUGAR production!
