In 2006, "TEPLOKOM" Public Corporation has started a set of activities on reconstruction of Znamenskiy Sugar Plant with increase of production capacity to 8000 tons of beet per day.

A part of design, construction, assembling and adjustment activities has been carried out, part of equipment has been supplied and commissioned. Activities on automation of equipment have been completed.

Scope of activities completed:

• detailed design of juice extraction department with installation of all set of equipment (layout of transportation of squeezed pulp from deep squeezing press, installation of augers, elevators, conveyor belts, massecuite separator, etc.);
• assembling, binding, automation, adjustment and start-up of second extractor DS-12;
• detailed design of compressor station, construction of building for station, assembling of equipment and its commissioning;
• delivery, contract supervision, automation and commissioning of three centrifuges for the first product BMA-G1500;
• construction of annex to the main building for juice extraction department, filtration department and first product department of product workshop.
