Air cleaning from sugar dust and refrigeration of saturated gas is made in speed gas washer (scrubber Venturi) designed by company "Teplocom" after lime-gas klin at the sugar factory.
The scrubbers have different standard sizes in view of technological process and installation configuration for each certain enterprise.
The scrubbers Venturi are the most effective among the apparatuses for gas wash cleaning.
Particle settling is caused by high relative speed between the particles in Venturi-scrubbers.
Cleaning efficiency 98,5-99,5%.
