Complex of works on renovation and upgrade of the liming-carbonation plant
  1. Performing a complete survey of the existing juice purification process diagram at the operating factory.
  2. Performing an analysis of operation of the existing equipment, pump equipment, collectors, re-calculation of pipelines. Making the equipment, process communications, power equipment, and fittings comply with the factory's productivity.
  3. Issuing the well-grounded propositions on renovation and upgrade of the process diagram of juice purification, equipment replacement.
  4. Selection, delivery and commissioning of new equipment. Development and delivery of non-standard equipment.
  5. Renovation of liming-carbonation plant including development of optimal operation process mode.
  6. Renovation of juice heating plant. Delivery, installation and commissioning of heaters. Development, manufacturing and delivery of non-standard heaters.
  7. Renovation of the liming-carbonation plant's units, delivery of new units (carbonating and liming units).
  8. Development, delivery and commissioning of gas-distribution unit for first and second carbonation units.
  9. Upgrade of pre-liming unit. Delivery of new equipment. Working adjustments during operation.
  10. Upgrade of juice filtration diagram using the existing vertical leaf filters.
  11. Upgrade of juice filtration plant, including installation of new-generation filters.
  12. Upgrade of sugar extraction and carbonation sludge removal plant (presses, thickeners).
  13. Implementation of complex process automation at the juice purification plant.
  14. Complex works on providing environmental safety of engineering processes.
  15. Provision of information and consultation services.
    Implementation of a complex of works on renovation of the juica purification plant will provide for the following:
  • increased factory's productivity;
  • improved effect of juice and syrup purification and decolorization;
  • provision for smooth and balanced operation;
  • decrease of undetermined sucrose losses;
  • saving electric power, required for juice transfer;
  • increased CO2 use coefficient in carbonation units;;
  • reaching high filtration and sedimentation properties of juices and suspensions along with optimal purification effect and low lime milk consumption;
  • decreased calcium carbonate content in juice;
  • reduced number of products at sugar filling lines and apparatuses;
  • decrease of juice dilution;
  • decrease of thermal losses to atmosphere;
  • decrease of sugar losses in the filtration sludge;
  • lower consumption of auxiliary materials;
  • provision for environmental safety of engineering processes.
