- Product heating and cooling plant (including that for high-concentration products):
- selecting and developing efficient heaters, upgrading the existing ones;
- developing diagram solutions on heaters connection with lowest thermal-energy resources consumption (including secondary and low-potential resources).
- Evaporating plant:
- optimizing the vapor takeoff diagram in order to reach the maximum productivity along with dry substance content, required for the process flow at minimum fuel consumption;
- calculation and rational composition of evaporators at minimum cost and with maximum efficiency.
- Condensate system:
- condensates removal and collection;
- condensate return to the combined heat power plant at a required temperature and use of condensate surplus for processing needs.
- Product section:
- selecting and renovation of vacuum pans;
- streamlining of vacuum pans connection diagram;
- heating and processing boiling diagrams (including that based on the mother massecuite).
- Vacuuming-condensing unit of the evaporating plant and vacuum pans (implementation and renovation of the vacuuming-condensing units diagrams in order to reach stable and standard rarified at minimum cost and with lowest energy consumption).
- Water recycling circuits (rational use, saving water and energy).
- Extractors (condensate heating and removal diagram).
- Combined heat power plant, including resolving the problem of balance between production and consumption of thermal and electric energy.
- Heating and hot-water supply diagrams for factories and residential facilities.
The work on each individual unit is performed taking into account its importance and effect on the whole heating and processing diagram.
The renovation activities start with detailed survey of the heating and processing system followed by re-calculation of diagrams and equipment, analysis of the results obtained and development of optimal renovation directions.
The work is aimed at lowering the thermal energy consumption during production providing stable and high processing parameters of the whole plant.
