Various potential steam can be used including low-pressure steam (indirect steam of last section of evaporation steam, fillmass steam) can be used as heat- transfer agent. The steam potential is defined according to the temperature up to which the liquid should be heated. Underheating of liquid up to the temperature of heating steam - approximately 10С.
The steam contact heaters are mainly used to heat water. They also can be applied to heat liquids with low solid content, for which impoverishment of solids is not critical value.
The steam heaters can have various liquid deliberation system (jet, jet-cascade, film) depending on the type of liquid and heating medium.
The steam contact heater consists of body 1, water deliberation system 2, heat-transfer agent inlets 3 and uncondensed gas extractions 4. |
