Complex of works on crystallization department modernisation
  1. Carrying out audit of crystallization schemes of sugar mills.
  2. Updating process, heat- and water supply of crystallization department.
  3. Updating vacuum condensation facilities of sugar mills along with the reverse water supply scheme.
  4. Intensifying massecuite boiling processes in vacuum pans using new seeding material – spirit suspension. Supply of special equipment for preparation and mixing of suspension.
  5. Development and implementation of massecuite boiling methods using "mother" massecuite and "crystallizate". Supply of equipment.
  6. Supply, implementation and performance of activities, aimed at increase of capacity of crystallization station for massecuite of last product in case of cooling in vertical crystallizers.
  7. Supply, assembling, putting into operation new equipment of crystallization department (vacuum pans with circulator, lamellate run-off preheaters, crystallizers, pumps, vacuum pumps, centrifuges, vibroconveyors, reinforcement).
  8. Development of complex system for automation of production processes of crystallization departments.
  9. Updating, development, automation and implementation of crystallization run-off heating schemes.
  10. Updating vacuum pans (installation of circulators, replacement of heating surface).
  11. Carrying out complex activities on ensuring ecological safety of technological processes.
    Activities in crystallization compartment will ensure:
  • Increase in productivity of vacuum pans.
  • Improving quality of sugar.
  • Decrease of content of sugar in molasses.
  • Improving uniformity of crystals.
  • Increase of output of crystalline sugar from massecuite.
  • Decrease of amount of run-offs being treated.
  • Decrease of fuel and power rate for beet treatment.
  • Decrease of fuel rate for massecuite boiling.
  • Decrease of foam generation and viscosity due to use of "КЕBО" preparation.
  • Ensuring ecological safety of technological processes.
